Suggested use
Simply coat your chicken with light oil and then sprinkle seasoning all over surface and inside the cavity. For best results, let chicken rest in fridge overnight before roasting to allow flavors to develop. While this blend is great on chicken it is also delicious with pork ribs, shrimp and roast vegetables.

Sea salt, paprika, turbinado sugar, onion, garlic, black pepper, citric acid, vegetable fiber to prevent caking, dried thyme, ground celery seed.
