HOW TO USE:
As A Base Coat For Mascara:
1. Apply Cils Booster XL from root to tip. Do not let dry before applying mascara. For optimal color, intensity and a false-lash look — apply two coats of eyelash primer to bottom and top lashes, before applying mascara.*
2. Apply mascara of your choice in gradual layers for desired effect.
3. Easily remove with Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover.
As A Nighttime Eyelash Conditioner:
1. Apply Cils Booster XL to bare lashes.
2. Allow to dry properly before sleep. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
